Welcome to I've Passed On (IPO), a website dedicated to helping people be proactive about the event of death. IPO was created as a service, a tool to help humanity. Death is inevitable and with the onset of Covid-19, properly preparing for it is wise.

There is a saying that there are two things for sure to happen in life, death and taxes. So get prepared and ensure that your loved ones will have the tools needed to get through these trying times. The earlier you start talking about it, the better prepared they will be.



I was inspired to create this tool several years ago after the untimely death of my friend Frankie. Frankie and I talked about purchasing two Harleys after we closed a loan deal. Several weeks later Frankie came to visit me on his brand new hog, it was beautiful. Unfortunately, several weeks later he was dead. He was involved in a traffic accident on his motorcycle. It was so unexpected.

Unfontunately, I did not find out about his funeral until the day of the event. By happenstance, I was flipping through the pages of a local newspaper and saw Frankie's picture in the obituary column. The funeral was that day! I rushed over to the church where it was being held and barely caught the last part of the service. When I saw his fiancee she began to apologize. She stated that she did not have any contact information for me. I hugged her and said that it was ok.

Later that evening, I began to think about how many people may find themselves in my predicament? How many people pass on everyday and their friends and sometimes family don't find out until it is too late?

This can happen because family members do not have access to a central source of contact information for everyone you know. This applies to college students, military personnel, loved ones who live abroad and more. How can your loved ones quickly contact the people you know if something happens to you?
